Along with rest of the Media world, Discovery is undergoing a transformation to build unique experiences around the world-class non-scripted video content in form of many Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) products on dozens of different platforms. They key to delivering dozens of products globally is a robust platform that serves as the foundation for building the products such as Discovery GO (18 US brands such as Discovery Channel, TLC, Food Network, Animal Planet), Eurosport, MotorTrend, GolfTV, DPlay and many others. We are looking for a product leader to lead the core OTT platform for this global initiative. This person will be a key contributor in shaping the strategic direction of the Discovery DTC business and shape the vision for future of products that deliver experiences around content such as live sports and cooking classes, on-demand video, e-commerce applications around media to hundreds of millions of Discovery customers worldwide. You will own the strategy and roadmap for core OTT platform that includes features such as security, customer accounts and personalization, subscriptions, entitlements, video content management. You will also analyze data to measure and enhance our products and identify new feature ideas.

The Role
The Real Estate Analyst is a multifaceted role that spans lease and property administration, business and project analytics and general support for the team. The analyst will oversee lease and property administration for 20+ leases with over 2M sf including, rent processing, land lord relationships, and the maintenance of lease systems and tools. The analyst will also administer subtenant leases, rent charges, payments, sublease compliance, and subtenant relationships. Under supervision the analyst, will be responsible for keeping real estate portfolio statistics, trend and cost analysis, in order to assist management with making informed decisions on space and real estate projects. The Analyst will provide the team in our day-to-day operations and projects and provide administrative and business support to the Sr. Director.
