  • Position Summary

    Investigation Discovery is searching for a dynamic self-starter eager to join a fast-paced marketing team. This role will be the key support person for all on air graphic elements to include standard and custom elements for on air promotions. Candidate will also maintain and organize key department documents and fulfill additional duties as assigned. Attention to detail, organization, and keen sense of process is key.

    Responsibilities

    1. Produce and maintain all IPM and Bug gfx both standard and custom across ID/DA/AHC

    2. Responsible for developing spread sheets/documents to help improve organization

    3. Support with production management duties

    4. Support producers in researching and acquiring footage for edit sessions

    5. Supervise gfx sessions and QC all gfx elements to ensure correct grammar and spelling for ID/DA/AHC

    6. Coordinate awards submissions for various annual industry and internal award submissions for ID/DA/AHC

    7. Branded Entertainment assistance including cutsheets, IPM scheduling and taggable production

    Requirements

    * Bachelor’s degree
    * Proven copywriting and producing skills
    * Organized and capable of handling several projects simultaneously
    * Proactive and able to work independently
    * Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
    * Up-to-date knowledge of the post-production process is essential
    * A commitment to on-going education in video/film production and to the mastery of his/her craft
    * Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of Final Cut Pro desirable but not required

    * Must have the legal right to work in the United States
